2. Reservations and Bookings

All bookings made through our website are subject to availability and written confirmation by Nido Andino Hotel. When making a reservation, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your booking details.

• Age Verification: The primary guest making the reservation and checking in must be at least 18 years of age. Valid government-issued photo identification must be presented upon arrival.
• Pricing: All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) or Chilean Pesos (CLP) and are subject to applicable local taxes and fees. We reserve the right to modify rates at any time without prior notice, but such changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

3. Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Our payment and cancellation policies ensure fair access to our premium accommodations. By completing a booking, you accept the specific cancellation conditions presented at the time of reservation.

• Deposit Requirement: A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Depending on the room rate selected, a deposit equivalent to the first night's stay or the full booking amount may be charged at the time of booking.
• Standard Cancellations: For standard rates, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled 15:00 local check-in time. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a fee equal to 100% of the first night's room rate plus taxes.
• Non-Refundable Rates: Bookings designated as "Non-Refundable" or "Advance Purchase" cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances.

4. Hotel Rules and Guest Conduct

To ensure a tranquil, luxurious, and secure environment for all our guests, you agree to comply with all hotel rules and regulations during your stay at Nido Andino.

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is from 15:00 local time, and check-out time is until 11:00 local time. Late check-outs must be requested in advance and may be subject to additional fees.
• Smoking Policy: Nido Andino is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking in rooms, suites, balconies, or public indoor areas is prohibited. A comprehensive deep-cleaning fee will be charged to the guest's account if this policy is violated.
• Damage to Property: Guests are fully liable for any damage or loss caused to the hotel property by themselves or any person for whom they are responsible. Costs for repairs or replacements will be charged directly to the credit card on file.
• Entertainment & Lounge: Access to our exclusive entertainment lounge and small private casino area is restricted to registered guests who are 18 years of age or older. We promote responsible entertainment; management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any individual exhibiting disruptive behavior.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nido Andino Hotel, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website.

While we take every precaution to ensure guest safety, the hotel assumes no liability for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay, including vehicles parked on the premises or items placed in in-room safes, except where such loss is directly caused by our gross negligence.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on NidoAndino.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Nido Andino Hotel or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the website without express written permission from us.
